Product Overview
- Organic seed oils are used to provide a fair 2:1 ratio of omega-3 and -6 essential fatty acids (EFAs) in AIMega.
- Cold-pressed virgin oils are used only because AIM avoids exposing the oils to heat, which retains all of the seed's nutritional value.
- EFAs are required for the functioning of all cells, tissues, glands, and organs in your body.
- EFAs are necessary for cell repair, growth and function as one of the major structural components of every cell membrane.
- We require essential fatty acids (EFAs) to live a healthy lifestyle.
- Every cell in the body has them. They are structural, metabolic, and regulatory components of all cells.
- EFAs are required for good health.
- They promote cellular functioning by helping our cell membranes maintain their flexibility and permeability, allowing nutrients to enter the cell and eliminate waste.
Ingredients
- •Organic flax (Linum usitatissimum) seed oil Flax seeds contain about 55% omega-3 and about 16% omega-6.
- •Organic sesame (Sesamum indicum) seed oil is Rich in omega-6 LA, which the body converts to GLA, ARA, and DPA.
- •Organic olive (Olea europaea) oil Contains some omega-6 and is a rich source of monounsaturated omega-9.
- •Organic sunflower (Helianthus annuus) seed oil One of the richest sources of omega-6.
- •Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are easily digested fats that the body quickly uses for energy rather than being stored in fat cells; they may also promote fat burning (thermogenesis).
- Importance of EFAs
- EFAs assist the body to recover, digest food, reduce cravings, transport nutrients throughout the cells, burn fat, promote healthy hormonal balance, soften and smooth the skin, and keep bones strong. EFAs are required for optimal health and well-being. However, because our bodies do not create EFAs (omega-3 and -6), we must get them from our diets daily. Contrary to popular belief, eating fish on rare occasions is insufficient. Inadequate EFA consumption is one of the most frequent nutritional deficiencies today. Therefore, supplementation is required. The body can make all of the other fats it needs to support healthy cellular and immune function if it receives adequate EFAs. Omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and omega-6 linoleic acid (LA) are the two essential fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fats are necessary for converting food into energy and assisting overall bodily health. They're also involved with heart health and the maintenance of each body system.
- Omega-3
- The body cannot make prostaglandins, which are lipid molecules involved in immune function, without omega-3 fatty acids. It may also be used to treat arthritis by providing anti-inflammatory benefits. Another benefit of ALA is that it can be converted into the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which support brain and cognitive function, as well as nerve health and good vision. The most frequent EPA and DHA fatty acid supplements are fish oil and flaxseed oil.
- Omega-6
- Omega-3 is important, but omega-6 is also required. We consume a fair amount of omega-6 in our diets; however, most of it comes from refined and damaged sources such as baked goods and pasta. This is why we need to obtain omega-6 from a natural source.
- AIMega provides a healthy amount of omega-6 linoleic acid (LA), which the body converts to gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). The skin is kept moisturized, and hormone levels are maintained when the body converts omega-6 LA to gamma-linolenic acid. LA is also converted to arachidonic acid (ARA), which may aid in sensitivity and cognitive performance. This all depends on how much the brain absorbs ARA. In one research, the brains of young, healthy participants ate ARA at a rate of 17.8 mg/day, while elderly individuals showed improvements in cognitive function with ARA supplementation.
- Omega–3 and –6 EFAs in Balance
- Essential fatty acids are critical for maintaining good health. Getting a sufficient and balanced amount of these nutrients is crucial. Omega-3 and omega-6 are vital for producing hormone-like molecules called prostaglandins, which serve a variety of purposes. Prostaglandins are a class of organic chemical compounds that regulate the body's responses to injury and illness. The two essential fatty acids found in fish oil, EPA and DHA, have different effects on the human body. Omega-6 prostaglandins promote inflammation (which is critical to the immune response), blood clotting, and cell development. The different types of prostaglandins must be in equilibrium to remain healthy. Omega–3 and -6 essential fatty acids are present in a 2:1 ratio in AIMega to maintain balance.
- Omega–9
- AIMega's olive-oil content of omega-9 (oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat), while not required since the body can derive it from other fatty acids, is nevertheless encouraged for general health. Olive oil is high in heart-healthy omega-9 and has been found to benefit the cardiovascular system."

Q Do I still need to take AIM BarleyLife® if I take Peak Endurance?
A Yes, Peak Endurance is a supplement the targets the replenishment of depleted stores of ATP to address a specific molecule need, whereas BarleyLife provides a wide spectrum of nutrients needed by the cells and each body system.
Q How long does it take to notice the benefits of Peak Endurance?
A Several human and animal studies indicate that cardiovascular, circulatory and vascular system benefits are realized almost immediately. Noticing significant increases in performance results, however, may take up to several weeks of consistent use.
Q Can I take other products in conjunction with Peak Endurance?
A ATP is best taken on an empty stomach, thirty minutes before eating. However, Peak Endurance can enhance blood flow, and, therefore, it can assist with nutrient delivery.
