Ingredients
Glutathione
- Glutathione is a potent antioxidant that directly neutralizes free radicals and reactive oxygen species. It also helps keep other antioxidants like vitamins C and E in their active (reduced) states. Glutathione production declines with age. Individuals who have higher amounts of glutathione in their bodies live longer, are less sick, and experience greater well-being than those who have lower levels of this critical antioxidant.
Antioxidant Recycling
- Proanthocyanidin 2000 is a combination of seven antioxidant-rich compounds that have been clinically shown to support heart health and reduce oxidative damage:
- • Alpha-lipoic acid
- • Grape seed extract

- • Lycopene
- All seven of these substances work independently and synergistically to provide an even greater number of antioxidants, which is referred to as antioxidant recycling. An antioxidant that donates an electron to a potentially damaging free radical forms a minor free radical due to this process. The plethora of antioxidants generated by the seven components in Proancynol 2000 acts as an efficient team that restores missing electrons to damaged antioxidants.
- Each member of the ""social network"" replenishes the antioxidant capacity of their teammates by recycling antioxidants. Glutathione, for example, is made from N-acetyl-L-cysteine; alpha-lipoic acid turns glutathione back into lipoic acid. Green Tea Leaf Extract
- Four polyphenols in green tea include epicatechin, epigallocatechin, epicatechin gallate, and epigallocatechin gallate. Vitamin C and vitamin E are two other antioxidants that quercetin inhibits. It is about 100 times more potent than vitamin C in neutralizing free radicals and 25 times better than vitamin E. Green tea has been shown to stimulate the activities of white blood cells, macrophages, B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes, and natural killer cells in laboratory studies.
Grape Seed Extract
- Grape seeds have OPCs 20 times greater than vitamin C and 50 times greater than vitamin E in potency. The molecules of adenosine and ATP, which are derived from the B vitamin biotin, may help prevent and reduce wrinkles by protecting collagen and elastin, which interlace to give skin its strength, elasticity, and smoothness. The extract in Proancynol 2000 is made from red and white grape seeds.
N-acetyl-L-cysteine
- N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) is a potent antioxidant that supports the immune system. NAC has been shown in Europe to help prevent the flu and its symptoms and aid mucus removal, especially in lung tissue. It is also thought to improve the creation of human T cells, white blood cells with various roles in the immune system. NAC is transformed into substances that can boost glutathione synthesis.

Supplementing with alpha-lipoic acid has been found in clinical trials to help lower blood sugar levels and promote insulin action. Studies have shown alpha-lipoic acid to benefit the human immune system by increasing T cell counts. Proancynol 2000 includes alpha-lipoic acid that is produced from potatoes.

Q Does Proancynol 2000 contain caffeine?
A The green tea in this formula is decaffeinated, using a water process that safely filters out most of the caffeine. However, 3.1 mg of caffeine still remains in each capsule.
Q Should I take a glutathione supplement instead?
A Glutathione is a tripeptide comprised of cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine. When consumed as a supplement, the tripeptide is broken down into its three amino acids by the digestive system. Studies have found that oral consumption of glutathione produces poor results.
Q Is there anyone who should not take Proancynol 2000?
A Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, suffer from kidney stones or a liver disorder. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if taking alkaline medication or nitroglycerin. Proancynol 2000 is not recommended for children.
