Product Overview
- Cranberry extract, three additional botanicals, and CranVerry+ is a one-of-a-kind combination that may help prevent bladder infections and promote urinary tract health.
How is CranVerry+ Unique?
- • Beta-glucanase, an enzyme that may dissolve bacterial biofilms, is included in CranVerry+
- • The pericarp of the mangosteen fruit is also included.
- • It contains fruit solids, seeds, skins, and juices in its cranberry extract.
- • Each two-capsule serving of cranberry juice has enough cranberry extract from the whole fruit to serve over 9 glasses of juice.
Approach
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are one of the most prevalent bacterial diseases and have a high rate of recurrence. According to a research, approximately 25% of women had a second UTI within 6 months of the first. Urinary tract health isn't something we dwell on every day, yet there are some things you can do to maintain your system healthy and avoid an emergency situation.
- CranVerry+ is a supplement made with cranberries that promises to assist in the maintenance of urinary tract health in both males and females. Cranberries contain unique phytonutrients that have these advantages. AIM's cranberry concentrate is made with whole fruit to ensure that these potent phytonutrients are not lost during the extraction procedure. CranVerry+ was developed specifically for the purpose of preserving urinary tract health, but there are additional benefits from antioxidant-rich components such as cranberries and mangosteens. Mangosteen extracts also include other advantages, including the maintenance of digestive health linked to mangosteen components that promote bacterial equilibrium in the body and increased immune system support from consuming the whole fruit in the cranberry extract.
Ingredients
Cranberries
- Cranberries have been shown to promote urinary tract health by preventing pathogens from attaching to the walls of the urinary tract. These organisms can then be eliminated through urination, and urinary health is protected. The function of cranberries' proanthocyanidins (PACs) is to prevent cell damage caused by oxidative stress. They include flavonoids, which are phytonutrients that have a variety of health benefits. Other fruits may contain the same chemicals, but only cranberry and blueberry PACs have been demonstrated to have a stick-free impact on urinary bacteria.
- Anthocyanins are a type of pigment that occur naturally in plants, especially berries. The water-soluble component of plant cells that contain pigments that appear red, purple, or blue is anthocyanins. CranVerry+ contains cranberry extract with over a cup of cooked cranberries and as many anthocyanins as 9.7 servings of cranberry juice (6.76 oz/200 ml serving size).
- CranMax® cranberry juice cocktail CranVerry+ is made up of 500 mg of CranMax® cranberry extract per serving. The entire berry, including solids, seeds, skins, and concentrated juices, is used to make the extract. It was discovered in a clinical study that 72 mg of proanthocyanidins per day could help prevent bacterial adhesion for up to 24 hours. Given that anthocyanins are only a component of the larger chain of proanthocyanidins, CranVerry+ has over 256 mg of anthocyanins per serving, implying the proanthocyanidin amount is significantly greater.
Resveratrol
- The 25 mg of resveratrol in each two-capsule serving of CranVerry+ is derived from 50 mg of giant knotweed (Reynoutria japonica) root. Resveratrol is a phytonutrient that can be found in plants and foods. Numerous studies have shown that resveratrol has a high antioxidant capacity as a natural food substance. It's a natural anti-fungal, produced by the plant in response to fungal invasions or other factors, such as UV radiation.
- Resveratrol is a natural antioxidant that, when taken by mouth, works as a protector against oxidative stress in the body. Oxidative stress occurs when there is an imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants in the body. A free radical is an unstable atom that lacks an electron. due to their instability, free radicals readily combine with other atoms. Antioxidants prevent free radicals from causing damage by giving them electrons, which neutralizes these potentially harmful atoms.
Mangosteen
- The pericarp (rind) of the mangosteen fruit contains components from a class of xanthones: plant phenols. According to studies, Xanthones have been found to aid in maintaining a healthy bacterial equilibrium in the body. Cranberry and CranVerry+ contains 100 mg of mangosteen fruit concentrate, which includes the pericarp in a 20:1 concentration. This means that it takes 20 pounds of mangosteens to make 1 pound of mangosteen fruit concentrate.
Beta-glucanase
- The main structural component of biofilm, beta-glucan, is broken down by beta-glucanase, a carbohydrate enzyme. Biofilms are slimy protective shells that surround bacterial, yeast, and fungal communities. Beta-glucanase's cleavage of beta-glucan reduces the viability of the biofilm. CranVerry+ includes 100 BGU of beta-glucanase per serving.
